Loredana was born in the province of Verona, Italy, and at the age of five her parents decided to emigrate to Switzerland, near Lake Constance, where she grew up. She got to know Mallorca at a very young age and from the moment she set foot on the island she thought she would live here. She was captivated by its beaches, its people and its nature.

In 2011, she took the step and settled in what was the land of her dreams, Mallorca. She has an entrepreneurial personality and a strong drive, so she decided to directly set up her own business in gastronomy.

She speaks four languages, English, German, Italian and Spanish.

Her background is in commercial management and business administration, which has grown into a professional career focused on the real estate world, her real passion. She works with property sales and listing.

Loredana feels completely at home on the island, and her sociable nature has led her to have friends of all nationalities but above all she has many Mallorcan friends with whom she likes to spend her free time, playing padel tennis and go trekking.

She lives in Ciudad Jardín, which she knew was her place from the moment she arrived - the views of the sea and a friendly atmosphere with people, where she loves to walk around and watch the sunset while she enjoys a vermouth on a terrace.
